Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Veganiza na Panela application and website ("Service", "App"), operated by Tervior Technologies Ltda., registered under CNPJ (Brazilian company ID) 65.901.297/0001-01 ("Tervior", "we", "us"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you ("user", "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. About Veganiza na Panela

Veganiza na Panela is an app that uses Artificial Intelligence to turn recipes into 100% vegan versions, with smart ingredient substitutions. The Service includes, among other features:

Veganize a Recipe — submit a recipe or dish name to generate a vegan version with ingredients, preparation steps, and tips;
Panela IA — a conversational chat for adjusting the generated recipe (e.g., swapping protein sources, adjusting servings);
Fridge/Countertop Photo — ingredient identification from photos submitted by the user, with recipe suggestions;
Family Profile and Vegan Kids — recipes for family meals and children's content, with curation and additional content-review layers;
Weekly Challenges — recreating vegan versions of popular dishes;
Shopping List and Favorites — organizing and saving recipes.

3. Account and Eligibility

The Service is intended for users 18 years of age or older, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction. Content in the Family and Vegan Kids sections is intended for consumption by children under the supervision of a legal guardian, who is the account holder and is responsible for all activity on the account. We do not intentionally collect data directly from children — see Privacy Policy, Section 12.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Use of Artificial Intelligence — Please Read Carefully

Veganiza na Panela uses Artificial Intelligence systems (including third-party technologies) to generate recipes, identify ingredients in photos, and respond in the Panela IA chat. You acknowledge that:

AI responses are probabilistic in nature and may contain errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or misinterpretations;
the Service is an informational support tool and does not replace medical, nutritional, or specialized professional guidance;
in case of food allergies, intolerances, medical restrictions, or any specific health condition — especially when using the Family and Vegan Kids sections — you should always check the physical product packaging, consult the manufacturer, and, if necessary, seek guidance from a qualified professional before consuming any food;
you should not make food consumption decisions based solely on the Service's automated responses.

We apply additional prompt- and content-review layers for the Family and Vegan Kids sections, but this does not remove the need for the human verification described above.

5. Subscription and Payments

Certain features ("Pro") require a paid subscription, currently priced at R$ 24.90/month or R$ 264.90/year, with a 7-day free trial where applicable.

In-app subscription (primary channel): processed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store as an in-app purchase, with automatic renewal unless canceled directly in your Apple or Google account settings. Refunds are subject to Apple's or Google's policies, depending on the store used.

Website subscription (secondary channel): where available, processed via Mercado Pago, subject to Mercado Pago's terms and refund policies and applicable Brazilian consumer law.

Pro access status (entitlement) is controlled by our systems based on confirmation from the payment platform and can never be granted directly by the user's device.

6. Partner Marketplace

Where available, the Service may offer a marketplace with partner products. Marketplace purchases are processed via Stripe (Stripe Connect), with the amount paid passed on to the selling partner under the specific terms of that feature, which may be supplemented by additional terms shown at the time of purchase.

7. Partner / Referral Program

Partner creators and promoters may refer Veganiza na Panela through their own code, link, or QR code, earning a recurring commission on subscriptions generated through their referral, under the Partner Program's specific terms. Referral attribution is processed automatically, and the referred customer incurs no additional cost as a result of the program.

8. Rules of Conduct

By using the Service, you agree not to:

use the Service for illegal or fraudulent purposes;
submit offensive, discriminatory, obscene content, or content that infringes third-party rights (including copyright);
attempt to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization;
use bots, scripts, or unauthorized automation to interact with the Service;
reverse-engineer the app or its AI systems;
copy, distribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without express authorization;
overload or attempt to circumvent the Service's technical, quota, or usage limits.

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination, without prejudice to other applicable measures.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights to the brand, name, visual identity, layout, text, database, source code, prompts, and other elements of the Service belong to Tervior Technologies Ltda. or its licensors. No intellectual property license is granted to you beyond the limited right to use the app under these Terms.

10. Service Availability

The Service may undergo updates, maintenance, or temporary interruptions. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free availability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tervior is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Service, including food-related decisions made solely on the basis of AI-generated responses. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be limited or excluded under Brazil's Consumer Protection Code or other applicable Brazilian law.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time — see our Account Deletion page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via the app, website, or your registered email. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Consumers retain the right to use the courts of their domicile, as provided under applicable Brazilian consumer law.
